Farm Family is looking for an Education, Training & Support Specialist to join our Team!
Essential Functions:
Policy Administration Systems – The Education, Training and Support Specialist plays an integral role in the development of the policy administration system used by our field force. This requires an in-depth knowledge of the system’s structure and functionality, as well as a solid understanding of our agents’ sales operations.
Training – The Education, Training and Support Specialist is responsible for the training, development and support of agents, general agents, CSR's and sub-producers for property and casualty products and systems. This is accomplished via development of on-line training materials, delivery of information at in-person schools, and staffing of a Call Center.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; Applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree
A minimum of 5 years experience with Property & Casualty insurance is required
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Experience with insurance agent policy administration systems strongly preferred.
Must possess strong P&C product knowledge, both personal and commercial lines
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Insurance designation preferred.
